When the cod has cooked, and is a nice white colour, and starting to fall apart (slightly), take it off the grill, and serve onto the plate.6. Now sprinkle with a dash of salt, squeeze the freshly cut lemon wedge over it so it will be sprinkled lightly with lemon juice.7.
