1/3 cup lime juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp dried thyme, crushed
1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed

Here is how you make Turkey and Strawberry Pasta Salad:

Cook macaroni noodles. Rinse with cold water. In large mixing bowl combine noodles, turkey, and scallions.In a screw-top jar combine lime juice, oil, honey, and thyme. Cover and shake well. Pour dressing over noodle mixture. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours.Just before serving, stir in strawberries.Makes 6 main-dish servings.
