Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.50 cup, chopped (remove)
Whole-Wheat Crackers, 1 cup, crushed (remove)
Kraft Parmasan Grated Cheese, 6 tbsp (remove)
Milk - Northumberland Skim, 0.50 cup (remove)
pacific pink salmon (aqua star, 125 gram(s) (remove)
Red skin Potatoe (1 medium), 2 serving (remove)

Basically chop everything in small pieces. Mix your can of soup with the milk till creamy.Place half of crackers in bottom of greased casserol dish. place half of green pepers, and onions. place potatoes. place half of carrots. pour half of cream of mushroom soup over top. place salmon chopped on top. then place rest of green pepers, and onions. place rest of carrots, and the rest of crackers. then pour the rest of the soup mixture on the top. then sprinkle some parmasan cheeze to taste. Bake in oven at 400 *F for 1 hour.
