- 1 1/2 cup of bread crumbs (plain)
-3 tbsp margarine, butter or oil
- salt, pepper, parsley and chili powder

Here is how you make Salmon Creole:

Mix salmon and eggs. Add onion (finely shopped), green peppers, tomatoes, oil, 1/2 bread crumbs and spices to taste (parsley, salt, pepper and chili powder). Simmer slowly in saucepan 10 to 158 minutes. Turn into stick free casserole. Cover with remaining bread crumbs and bake in a moderate oven (375) until crumbs are brown.
