1/4 cup bread crumbs
8 tsp dijon mustard
2-3 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp dill seed
scant salt
scant black pepper


How Do I Make Crusted Dill Dijon Salmon?

Here is how you make Crusted Dill Dijon Salmon:

Spray cooking pan with a little olive oil (1 tsp or so) and heat over a medium flame. In a small bowl, combine mustard, minced garlic and dill seed. Place salmon in a dish or pan, flesh side up, and brush with mustard mixture. Press 1/2 of the minced garlic into the fish. Add a bit of salt and pepper. Turn skin side up and repeat the process. Dash with breadcrumbs and press. Turn flesh side up and repeat with breadcrumbs. Place salmon in the heated pan, flesh side down, and cook about 4 minutes, then turn skin side down and cook an additional 7-9 minutes.
