Here is how you make Salmon Delight:

prepare salmon by grilling on top of stove for 2 1/2 minutes on each side. Do not over cook...only until done, when inside of fillet is no longer dark pink. While salmon is cooking, peel, slice and then chop mango. Lightly chop spinach and mix together with onion and cilantro.
