Cook vermicelli. Boil asparagus for 5 min; set aside. Blend ginger, tamari , red pepper and lime juice and marinate salmon for 5 min. Cook salmon in 2 tsp oil 3-4 min on each side. Remove. Cook carrots, peppers, and garlic in remaining oil for 2 min. Add sugar, chicken broth ,and leftover marinade to veggies and bring to a bubble. Cook for 1 min then add noodles, scallions and asparagus and toss to combine and heat through.
