Here is how you make Apple Sauce Elk Meat Loaf:

Combine bread crumbs and 1/2 cup apple sauce. Add onion, salt, pepper, celery, 1 Tbsp of mustard, egg and ground elk meat. Blend thoroughly. Shape into round in a 9" x 9" x 2" pie pan. With a spoon, make an impression in the top of the loaf. Combine the second 1/2 cup of apple sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and tsp. of mustard. Pour into the impression in the meatloaf.
