Serving Size:?Fills one single serving casserol dish.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Spray small frying pan and small casserole dish with cooking spray.Pat pork chop with one dash of cumin and salt on each side.Brown both sides of pork chop to seal in juices and then remove from frying pan and set aside.In same frying pan saute onion and garlic. Then add the rest of the ingredients plus 1/4 cup water. Simmer for about 3 minutes.Then put half of the sauce in the bottom of the casserole dish.Top with pork chop and then top again with the rest of the tomatillo sauce.Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
