Here is how you make Bolognese sauce with ground beef and lentils:

Using your food processor, shred celery, carrot, peppers and napa cabbage until very small (ground beef size). Heat a fry pan. Add olive oil and saute onion and garlic until soft and fragrant (about 3 mins). Add ground beef and cook until browned and no more red is visible (about 3 mins). Add tomato paste and fry for another 2 minutes. Transfer to a large saucepan. In same frypan, fry the ground vegetables until soft (about 5 mins). Combine beef and vegetable mix in saucepan. Add water to cover. Add lentils, oregano, salt, pepper. Bring to boil, turn heat down and simmer until lentils are soft (30 mins). Can be eaten alone with bread or served on top of pasta.
