How Do I Make Karen's Spaghetti and Beef Sauce?

Here is how you make Karen's Spaghetti and Beef Sauce:

In a skillet, brown beef. Brown sausage in a separate pan. Drain the grease from the sausage. You may need to add a few drops of oil to the beef because of the low-fat content in the beef. It is better to replace the grease from the sausage with the olive oil as it is better for you!! While the meat is browning, in a small saut? pan, heat about 4 T. of olive oil. Cook the onion and garlic, letting it simmer. As the onions start to bubble, add 2 T. of the white wine. Let simmer on low as the meat is finishing until the alcohol is finished off in the pan. That means you can no longer taste the alcohol and only have the flavor of the wine enhancing your garlic/onion mixture. Add this mixture to the meat and stir. Start by adding the paste, mushrooms (drained), sauces, and spices. Stir, lower heat and cover; allowing it to simmer. Fill a stock pot with water. Add salt and oil and put on high heat to bring to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. **Al dente means that the pasta is sticky on the very edge of your teeth, but cooked through. Angel hair is much thinner than regular pasta and does not require as much cook time. Drain the pasta in a colander.
