Saute onions and garlic in margarine. Add mushrooms. Saute until mushroom have released their liquid and are cooked through. Add vinegar, water and mustard, stirring to scrape up any bits from the bottom of the pan. Add salt and milk and cook until liquid reduces and slightly thickens. Whisk in sour cream.
