1/2 large sweet red pepper, finely chopped
3 T bread crumbs
1 T Worchester Sauce

Mushroom Sauce
2 c. fresh, sliced mushrooms
1 T butter
2 T Red Wine Vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 10.75 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 can water

Here is how you make Red Bell Beef Patties with Mushroom Cream Sauce:

Beef PattiesMix the beef, onion, sweet red pepper, bread crumbs, salt and pepper (if desired), and Worchester sauce in a bowl. Form into 5 patties. Cook on heated skillet or George Foreman grill with a light spray of cooking oil, if desired.Mushroom SauceWhile the patties are cooking, heat the butter in a medium sized skillet. Add sliced mushrooms and allow to cook over medium high heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Add the red wine vinegar and continue to cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes. Add the cream of mushroom soup and slowly stir in 1/2 can of water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to low. Once the patties are cooked through, add them to the skillet with the mushroom sauce. Spoon sauce and mushrooms over patties. Serve with sweet potatoe tator tots and fresh, steamed asparagus spears.
