Here is how you make Kelly's bolognese sauce:

In a large pan lightly fry the beef in the oil until it has changed color. Add the finely chopped vegetables and mix them in well. Ad the clove of garlic. Continue frying for a few minutes until the onions begin to change color.Add the can of tomatoes and their juice, along with the tomato puree. Mix into the meat and vegetables with a wooden spoon.
