Here is how you make Tangy Buffalo wing sauce:

In medium saucepan, bring dressing, Red Hot and chicken broth to a boil. While waiting for mixture to boil, put flour in small bowl and add enough water to make a thick (but pourable) mix. Once dressing/Red Hot/broth mixture comes to a boil, slowly whisk in flour mix until sauce is desired consistency (add less for thinner sauce, more for thicker).
