1 tsp mustard (prepared, not powder)


How Do I Make Cheezy Sauce?

Here is how you make Cheezy Sauce:

Combine broth and flour, whisk until dissolved.Saute garlic and oil over medium-low heat for about two minutes. Add thyme, salt, pepper and cook for a few seconds. Add the broth, turmeric, and nutritional yeast and turn heat up to medium. Whisk constantly, it should bubble in 3 or 4 minutes. Once the mixture is bubbling and thickening, stril and cook for 2 more minutes. Add the lemon and mustard. Keep warm until read to serve. Makes about three cups.
