1/4 cup dry white wine
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold (I don't use this, so nutritional values are not included)

1 Saute shallots in oil in a saucepan over medium heat until softened,about 2 minutes.2 Deglaze with wine; add rosemary and simmer until nearly all liquidevaporates, about 3 minutes.3 Add broth, lemon juice and honey. Simmer until reduced to 1 cup,about 15 minutes.
