What Are The Ingredients For J_Aubrey Marinara Sauce Recipe?The ingredients for J_Aubrey Marinara Sauce are: 1 Zuccini1 Yellow Squash 1 sm can of chopped black olives 1 med yellow onion 1 10 oz pk of baby bella mushrooms Garlic to taste - I like A LOT 1 16 oz pk of Jimmy Dean Sausage (reg, low fat, sage, italian all work well) 1 lg container of red sauce - Usually the largest I can find at Costco (ragu, prego, etc - I try to opt for lowest carbs) How Do I Make J_Aubrey Marinara Sauce?Here is how you make J_Aubrey Marinara Sauce: First I cook up the sausage till brown - during this time I cut up all the veggies very very small - I pull out the sausage when complete and let sit on paper towels to drain some of the fat - I use the same pan to saute the veggies - once they have cooked down a few minutes I add in the spagetti sauce (lgst bottle of lowest carb I can find) and mix w/ veggies, then I add the sausage back in, mix well - turn down and let simmer. Sometimes if I have a bottle of red wine I will add a little while simmering.
