Here is how you make MY Marsala Sauce:

Mix flour and pepper together in a brimmed plate or flat bowl then dredge meat in flour mixture. Heat a deep skillet over medium heat that is sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, then melt butter, and brown the meat on all sides. Remove once browned and set aside. Add garlic, wine, broth and mushrooms to the pan. Stir to coat and heat through. Add browned meat back to the pan, cover and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
