Bring large pot of water to boil. Cook pasta. while pasta is cooking warm oil in fying pan over med-high heat. Add mushrooms and saute about 5 min. Stir in garlic and thyme and continue cooking until mushrooms are golden (about 4-5 more min). ad wine and cook until alcohol has evaporated (about 2 min). Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain pasta reserving 1/2 cup of cooking water. Add pasta to sauce along with sour cream. Stir to combine. Warm breifly over low heat.
