Here is how you make Roasted Pasta Sauce:

Saute onion till soft, add garlic, celery, carrot. Cook till tender, add spinach, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, and spices. Simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile roast peppers, zucchini & portabella mushroom. Add spinach to sauce mixture, use hand blender to blend sauce to desired consistency. Chop roasted veggies, add to sauce, simmer another 15 mins.Serve with whole wheat pasta, not included in nutritional.
