Mix all ingredients EXCEPT FOR YOGURT in a small saucepan. Bring to medium-low heat, stirring constantly until all ingredients are throroughly blended. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Mix in the yogurt, stirring until the sauce is lump-free. This sauce is great when tossed in with chicken and veggies! (I cube my boneless, skinless chicken breasts and sautee' them with fresh broccoli, carrot slices, snap peas, bean sprouts, etc., minced garlic, and 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil.)
