1 dash Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Salt
3/4 cup Water

2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
4 tbsp soy sauce (using .5 cup soy sauce substitute)
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoon brown sugar

Here is how you make Stir Fry Tofu and Veggies with Peanut Sauce:

Makes 2 servings (Can be split into 3 for smaller servings)First start the soy sauce substitute:Combine all ingredients for substitute in a small saucepan, boil gently for 5 minutes.For the peanut sauce:In a non-stick pan, combine all peanut sauce ingredients, stirring constantly over medium heat until peanut butter has melted. You can do this in the microwave too, for about 30-40 seconds.Now that your peanut sauce is ready, it's time to stir fry the tofu and veggies. Using non-stick spray (in this recipe we're using a tbsp of margarine), coat a non-stick pan. Start on medium heat.Once veggies are no longer frozen, turn heat to medium high.
