Here is how you make Peppered Pork in Mushroom Sauce:

Sprinkle both sides of Pork with mixed pepper seasonings and garlic salt. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over med-high heat. Add pork; cook about 5 minutes, turning once, until browned. Transfer to a roasting pan and roast in 325 degree oven for 40 minutes or until done in the middle.Meanwhile, add mushrooms to skillet and saute until tender. Sprinkle mushrooms with flour and stir until muchrooms are coated. Add Chicken broth, balsalmic vinegar and rosemary to skillet.
