3/4 Cup Chopped Green Onions, divided
2 TBSP Minced Peeled Fresh Ginger
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/2 Cup Dry Sherry
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
4 TSP Brown Sugar
3 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
4 TBSP Water
2 TSP Corn Starch

Here is how you make Pork Medallions w/ Ginger-Lemon Sauce:

1) Slice tenderloin into 1/2-inch thick medallions.2) Combine salt, five spice powder, and pepper and rub into pork.3) Heat large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add pork to pan and cook 1 1/2 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Remove pork from pan and set aside.4) Reduce heat to medium. Add 4 tbsp green onions, ginger and garlic to pan. Cook 2 minutes or until fragrant, stirring constantly. 5) Combine sherry, chicken broth, brown sugar, lemon juice and soy sauce in a small bowl. Add mixture into pan. Bring to a boil, scraping pan to loosen brown bits.6) Add pork to pan; cook 3 minutes or until pork is done. Remove pork with a slotted spoon, reserving liquid in pan.7) Combine water and corn starch in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add mixture to pan and return to boil.
