2 T canola oil
1 tsp chicken boullion powder
1-1/4 C water, divided
1/4 C chopped onion
1-1/2 C sliced mushrooms
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp oregano
2 T flour
1/4 C white wine (optional)

Here is how you make Pork Tenderloin in Mushroom Sauce:

Heat oil in large skillet, add meat and brown. Drain off any fat. Dissolve boullion in 1 C boiling water (can substitute 1 C low fat, low sodium chicken broth). Add onion, mushrooms, boullion or broth, salt, pepper and oregano to meat. Cover and simmer until tender, about 40 minutes. Combine flour and water until smooth. Stir into cooking liquid.
