From a whole pork tenderloin cut 6 half inch slices. Heat the oil in the pan on medium heat and place about 3 slices in oil. Don't crowd the meat. No need for salt or any seasoning. Cook on both sides for aprox. 3 minutes or until a nice browning occurs and the center is no longer pink. The meat should be moist and easy to cut.
