Mix sauce ingredients together. Place roast in roasting pan. Pour sauce over meat. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until internal temp. reaches 140 degrees. Baste roast with sauce throughout cook time. Remove roast from pan and return pan with sauce into oven to further reduce sauce to desired thickness.
