Heat oil in large saucepan on moderatly high heat. Add sliced onions and cook about 2 minutes. Add pork slices, mushrooms, salt, savory and paprika. Stir. Sprinkle with flour and stir in water and milk. Cover and let simmer about 5 minutes to thicken and reduce liquid. Stir scraping bottom of the pan. cover meat mixture with fresh spinach.
