.5 tsp canola oil
1 box penne pasta
6 cups brocoli

Rap 8 cloves of garlic in tin foil and place in oven and cook for 25 mins at 400.Put 4 red peppers on a pan to broil in oven at med broil and turn every 10 mins for 20 mins. When done they will look black thats ok. Put in a dish and cover to let the skins lossen. After about half an hour the skins will be easy to peal off and take of the tops and clean the insides with seeds. Put up into smaller pieces,In a pot add half a tps canola oil and one chopped onion and cook at medium till tender. When garlic is done cooking in oven mash with a fork and add to the pot. Boil one cup water and add bullion cube and disolve and deglaze the pan with it(Add liquid to pan to get the flavour from bottom of pan). Let simmer down till liquid is almost gone on low. Then add in red peppers. Let simmer on low for about an hour and then add to a blender. There is your sauce!Cook whole grain pasta.Cook broc the way you like about 6 cups.Add all together.
