4 oz Jennie-O Turkey Extra Lean Turkey Kielbasa, sliced 1/4-1/2" thick

2 oz Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, finely grated

Here is how you make Polenta with Sausage Mushroom Sauce:

Serving Size:?4 main course servingsFor tomato sauce: In a medium sauce pan, cook garlic in olive oil over medium heat until soft, about 2-3 minutes. Add canned tomatoes, oregano, salt, and basil. Bring to boil and then reduce heat to simmer. Simmer until thickened, about 15 minutes, while you prepare the rest of the meal. Once thick, keep warm on a very low heat.For polenta: Bring 3 cups of water to boil in a deep pot. Stir in polenta and reduce hit to low. Cook until thick, stirring frequently, about 20 minutes. Spread polenta into a small (8") cake pan or baking dish that has been sprayed with olive oil. Allow to set for 10 minutes and then invert onto a plate. Polenta will keep its shape and be a large "cake".While polenta is cooking, saute mushrooms in a non-stick skillet. Do not use oil but add tiny amounts of water if needed. When mushrooms are almost done, add the turkey kielbasa and cook until warm.To serve: Cut the polenta cake into four pieces. Top each piece with a quarter of the mushrooms and sausage and then up to a quarter of the tomato sauce.
