Here is how you make Italian Spaghetti Sauce:

Mix ground turkey, fennel, red wine vinegar, red cooking wine and parsley. Brown in a large frying pan with sides.Meanwhile, chop fresh veggies into 1/4-1/2" cubes. When the meat is browned, remove from the pan and add the veggies. Saute them until crisp, tender. Add meat, canned tomatoes and herbs. Heat thorough and simmer for a few minutes. Add salt / pepper to taste. Serve over pre-baked spaghetti squash or eat it by itself.
