Cover fish filets with Red Wine Vinaigrette, and poach until done. Reserve 1/2 cup juices from the poached fish in microwave-safe bowl. Mix Cornstarch with water, stirring to dissolve cornstarch. Add to reserved juice, and mix in Salad Seasoning, and Ground Red Pepper.Microwave on High for 1-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until sauce begins to bubble.
