1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
1 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
1 dash Pepper, black
10 grams Flour, white
5 grams Cornstarch
10 grams Water, tap

Here is how you make Salisbury Steak with Mushrooms Sauce:

SALISBURY STEAKSCombine ground beef, crumbs, onion, chopped garlic, mustard, salt and pepper, and beaten egg in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Divide into 6 patties. Oil frying pan lightly and turn often (10 - 12 minutes). Heat Mushroom Sauce and spoon over patties. MUSHROOM SAUCECoat frying pan with oil (or butter). Add mushrooms, stir and cook 2 - 3 minutes until they dry. Add broth and pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir flour and cornstarch into the 10 grams (two teaspoons) of water. Add to mushrooms and stir and cook about two minutes more until sauce thickens. Serving Size:?Makes 6 patties at 316 calories each.
