In a small saucepan, heat the butter over medium heat until bubbly. Add the flour and minced garlic, cooking and stirring constantly for 1 minute.2. Reduce heat to simmer and gradually add the milk and the broth.3. Cook and stir until smooth.4. Add the seasonings to taste. 5.
