Here is how you make Thai Sauce:

Pour water and vinegar into a saucepan, and bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in sugar, garlic,chile pepper, and ketchup, simmer for 5 min. Stir in cornstarch. Remove saucepan from stove to cool. Then transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until needed.I use this as a marinate for chicken. Serve over a bed of raw cabbage finely shredded add more sauce on top mmm.
