Add veal and cook 2 min on each side or until browned. Combine broth, capers, and mustard; stir until blended. Pour over veal and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 25 min or until tender. Remove veal from skillet; keep warm. Bring broth mixture to a boil; cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 5 min or until reduced by half.
