2 lbs Italian Sausage, pork
1 1/2 boxes Great Value Rigatoni Pasta, 12 0z
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Here is how you make Italian Sausage Rigatoni Bake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Cook pasta according to directions on the box and drain.Remove casings from Italian sausage links.in a large skillet add olive oil and heat pan. Add italian sausage, minced garlic, onions, mushrooms and green peppers. Cook until sausage is done and veggies are tender. Drain and return to pan. Add tomato sauce, tomato past, diced tomatoes, basil, oregano and pepper. Simmer about 10 minutes while pasta is cooking.Combine pasta and sausage mixture in a large bowl. Pour into an extra large casserole dish.
