Here is how you make Cabbage and Noodles with Sausage:

In a large stock pot, add oil and heat over medium heat. Add onions and fennel seed and cook until translucent. Add sausage and cook fo r3-5 minutes until browned. Add cabbage, stock, egg noodles. Stir and cover. Bring to a simmer and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes until cabbage is tender and sausage is cooked through. Check periodically and add more stock if necessary.
