Preheat oven to 400 F. In ovenproof skillet, saute farmer's sausage with chopped vegetables until softened (no additional oil needed due to sausage). Add garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes more. Add spices and salt and pepper to taste (overseason a bit, since eggs need salt for flavour). Place cheese on top of ingredients and add eggs; cook until eggs starting to set on side. Put skillet in oven and cook 8 to 10 minutes until eggs do not run into slit in body of frittata when cut. Remove from oven and cool at least 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
