Here is how you make Italian Sausage Stuffing:

1. Cook italian sausage in large frying pan, drain grease.2. Add celery, onions and garlic, stir into sausage until celery begins to soften.3. Add chopped apple, mix into sausage mixture until apples begin to soften.4. Add chicken broth and stuffing mix. Stir into sausage mixture, then cover and simmer on low heat for about 5-7 minutes, or until stuffing has absorbed liquid and is soft. 5. Add parmesan cheese and stir together.Can be eaten alone, or used as stuffing. I like to use this to stuff acorn squash.
