Here is how you make Sausage and Pepper Mixup:

Scrub potatoes and cut into chunks. Place in covered dish and microwave on high for 15 minutes or until soft. (May use baked potato leftovers as well if you have them!)Cut onion, peppers, and sausage into chunks. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium/high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add peppers and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Add sausage, cooked potatoes, and seasoning.
