Slowly whisk in corn meal, stirring constantly. Cook and stir with wooden spoon 15-20 minutes or until polenta is thickened and pulls away from pan. Remove from heat, stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 1/8 tsp pepper and butter. Transfer to 9" pan, sprayed with non-stick coating; cool. In a large fry pan, cook sausage, onion and green pepper until meat is no longer pink. Stir in tomatoes, zucchini, Italian seasoning, remaining pepper and garlic. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 9-12 minutes. Unmold Polenta onto a sprayed baking sheet. Broil 4-6 minutes or until lightly toasted. Cut into 6 wedges. Top each wedge with 1 cup sausage mixture, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
