Stir constantly x10 minutes until dark caramel colored. 4. Add kielbasa onion and pepper with drippings to the flour. Stir to coat. 5. Add remaining ingredients minus shrimp. Allow to come to boil. 6. Reduce heat to simmer x45 minutes. Stir occasionally. 7. Add cleaned and de-tailed shrimp x10 min or until shrimp is cooked and pink in color.
