Here is how you make Southwest Sausage Skillet:

In a large skillet over medium heat, add sausage and break up. After sausage has begun to brown, add chopped onions and peppers. While meat is cooking, boil your pasta. After meat has browned, add beans and tomatoes. Season with garlic and chili powder to taste; simmering about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and Philly cooking creme.
