1 pkg hillshire farm beef smoked sausage
1/4 cup olive oil
2-4 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 pkg pasta noodles, your choice
2 Tbsp light italian dressing


How Do I Make Zuccini, Squash and Sausage?

Here is how you make Zuccini, Squash and Sausage:

Slice zuccini, yellow squash, bell peppers and sausage and place in large skillet or wok with olive oil and 2 tbsp worchestershire sauce and cook on low to med heat for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally (may add more worchestershire sauce to taste as mixture cooks). Cook pasta to desired stiffness then strain and mix in italian dressing, stir to coat pasta and refridgerate until zuccini squash is ready. put chilled pasta on plate and top with zuccini squash mixture. recipe yields 4 servings.
