Rinse and drain one bunch of Swiss Chard. Trim stems and align leaves and chop crosscuts of approximately half inch slices. Chop onion and place in heated sautee pan with the chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium-high heat , covered for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chard, and re-cover pan.
