Here is how you make Shrimp Lo Mein:

Boil water, add some salt and cook pasta.Drain pasta and rinse with cold water, set aside.Mix Hoisin sauce, soy sauce and water together. Set aside.Heat large non-stick pan to med heat.Add one Tbsp of oil, cook garlic & ginger (if wanted) about 1 min then add shrimp, cook for a couple minutes stirring.
