Fill large pot midway with water and add Old Bay Seasoning. Add potatoes and green beans. Cook on medium high for 8 minutes. Add Corn and cook for 5 minutes more. Vegetables should be almost done. Add Shrimp and cook for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat, and drain. Serve in a big bowl with lots of napkins .
