This is a "Copycat" recipe for Outback's 'Shrimp en Fuego". It is very close to the original- though I have sauteed the shrimp instead of breading and frying them. Sprinkle garlic powder over shrimp and let set.Slice the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, and mince a garlic clove (2 if you love garlic) .When your potato is done, heat skillet and melt butter and olive oil at medium heat. Place shrimp in the skillet and let sit on 1st side till nicely pink and slightly carmelized- turn over and cook until nicely pink and slightly carmelized Add your salt, pepper and minced garlic while you are cooking shrimp's 2nd side - total time should be about 2 minutes per side.
